These Terms & Conditions and Waiver apply to packs, credits and related services provided by SparkCycle Zurich. 

By creating an account, purchasing a pack or credit, or booking or attending a class, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Waiver. 

Eligibility & Accounts 

You must be at least 15 years old to participate in classes. Customers under 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian. 

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login details secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. 

Health, Safety & Liability Waiver 

Participation in SparkCycle classes involves physical activity and inherent risks. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate and for exercising at an appropriate level. 

Clients should inform the instructor of any relevant injury or condition and stop if they experience unusual or concerning symptoms. Customers must follow instructions and use equipment appropriately. 

By participating in a class, clients acknowledge these inherent risks. SparkCycle is not liable for injury, loss or damage resulting from the inherent risks of participation, improper use of equipment, or failure to follow instructions. 

Packs & Class Credits 

Prices, number of credits and validity periods are displayed at the time of purchase. All prices include applicable VAT. 

Credits must be used before their stated expiration date. Once expired, credits cannot be extended, reinstated or reactivated. 

All class packs and credits are non-refundable. 

Promotional or limited packs, including Welcome Packs, may have additional conditions displayed at the time of purchase. 

Active credits may be transferred to another client with an active SparkCycle account upon request. Expired credits cannot be transferred. 

Bookings, Cancellations, No-Shows & Waitlist 

Classes may be booked through the SparkCycle booking system or authorized external booking platforms, subject to availability. 

Bookings may be canceled up to 24 hours before the class start time and the credit will be returned. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class and no-shows will result in the credit being charged. 

If a class is full, clients may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, a waitlisted client may automatically be booked and notified. Once booked, normal cancellation/no-show rules apply. If no spot becomes available, the credit will be returned. 

Arrival & Studio Rules 

Clients should arrive in sufficient time to check in and prepare. A reserved spot may be released if the client has not checked in 5 minutes before the scheduled start. 

Late entry is permitted up to 5 minutes after the class has started. 

SparkCycle may refuse entry or require a client to leave for inappropriate behavior or safety reasons.

Customers are responsible for their belongings. SparkCycle is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parts.

SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Spark Cycle (« we, » « us, » « our ») at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include [appointment reminders, order updates, account alerts, promotional offers, customer support follow-ups, etc. — customize to your actual use case]. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message Frequency

You may receive up to [X] messages per [week/month]. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and interactions with us.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

4. How to Opt Out and Get Help

You can unsubscribe the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. If you want to join, you can sign up again using the original opt-in method or reply START. For help or more information at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages. You can also contact our support team directly at hello@sparkcycle.ch .

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. 

Privacy 

SparkCycle processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 

SparkCycle may update these Terms & Conditions and Waiver from time to time. The current version will be available on our website. 

These Terms & Conditions and Waiver are governed by Swiss law. 

SparkCycle Zurich is operated by CyC38 AG.
